Launched in 2024, YVES SALOMON ÉDITIONS is the cultural and creative department of the Maison Yves Salomon. Conceived as a natural extension of its universe, this ideas laboratory highlights the unique craftsmanship of the House’s historic ateliers, located in Paris’s 10th arrondissement, while creating bridges between artisanal savoir-faire, design, contemporary creation, and the memory of forms.
Through YVES SALOMON ÉDITIONS, the House expresses a vision of luxury in which material, craftsmanship, and time hold a central place. Each project becomes an opportunity to explore a dialogue between heritage and modernity, culture and function, the history of furniture and a contemporary perspective.
The department is structured around several complementary areas.
The first is dedicated to the edition of contemporary furniture created in collaboration with international artists and designers. Each partnership is born from a shared aesthetic affinity and a common sensibility with the universe of the House. The collections are conceived and developed in close collaboration with the YVES SALOMON ateliers, where materials, textures, and artisanal techniques become fully fledged forms of expression. Presented notably during the Milan Design Week, these creations then travel internationally through exhibitions and events dedicated to design and the art of living.
The second branch is devoted to vintage and collectible furniture. YVES SALOMON ÉDITIONS sources and curates rare and iconic pieces from around the world for their exceptional character and heritage value. Some are restored and reinterpreted within the House’s ateliers using signature materials and artisanal techniques unique to YVES SALOMON; others are presented in their original condition as unique collector’s pieces.
Finally, the YVES SALOMON INTÉRIEUR line offers a more permanent and timeless vision of furniture and decoration. These pieces feature more classic lines, designed to endure, where the excellence of materials and Parisian craftsmanship give rise to a warm, sophisticated, and deeply tactile universe.
Through all of these initiatives, YVES SALOMON ÉDITIONS becomes a showcase for the House’s savoir-faire, aesthetic vision, and lifestyle. A territory of expression where fashion engages in dialogue with design, where the ateliers become a space for cultural creation, and where every object tells a story of material, taste, and transmission.
